Meet Our Faculty

Nandita Agarwala
Founder, Montessori Mantra Teachers’ Training College
I founded the Montessori Mantra Teachers’ Training College (MMTTC) with a clear vision to offer a transformative Montessori training experience beyond simply learning the Montessori philosophy. With over 40 years of experience as a Montessori professional, I wanted to create a space where adult learners can immerse themselves in an experiential learning environment.
Because Montessori education is more than just a method — it is an experience.
That’s why our college is named Montessori Mantra. Our courses are not just about training; they are about transformation. As adult learners, you will experience a profound ‘transformation of the self,’ learning to see the world through children’s eyes and appreciate their innate creativity, curiosity, and potential.
All of our courses are delivered in person because I believe in the importance of personal, hands-on learning. Our program offerings reflect this commitment — a holistic, in-depth exploration of Montessori pedagogy. Our courses are designed to support you on your journey to becoming a nurturing, creative, and supportive Montessori educator who truly values and respects the child. I look forward to walking this path of discovery together.
