Faculty & Administration

Our faculty is composed of highly experienced and knowledgeable educators who are passionate about sharing their expertise with our students. Our Director, Nandita Agarwala, has been a Montessori educator since 1987 and has dedicated her career to the Montessori philosophy. With over three decades of experience, Nandita brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom, as well as a deep understanding of the needs of Montessori educators and the children they serve. As the Director of the College, Nandita is committed to providing our students with an immersive, supportive, and engaging learning experience that prepares them to become effective Montessori educators.

In addition to Nandita’s leadership, our faculty also includes Montessori-trained teachers with extensive experience in adult education. These teachers are dedicated to providing students with the practical knowledge and skills they need to succeed in the classroom, and they work closely with our adult learners to help them develop a deep understanding of the Montessori philosophy and methodology.

Our faculty also includes guest lecturers who specialize in specific areas of the Montessori philosophy and education. These experts bring a diverse range of perspectives and experiences to the classroom, enriching our student’s learning experience and providing them with a well-rounded education that prepares them to become effective and compassionate Montessori educators.
